Lead – Data Analytics
Aston Carter is hiring Lead – Data Analytics for an American multinational financial company for Bangalore location.

Skills Required (Mandatory):
Proven advanced data analytics experience in the financial services domain
Ability to translate 2 ways between business problems and analytical solutions
Willingness and ability to lead projects from initiation to conclusion
Strong hold on SQL and Python.
Strong quantitative analysis skills using basic statistical techniques
Ownership of the business partnership and the hunger to scale it further
Excellent communication and presentation skills, across written, video or face-to-face meetings
Good to have Skills:
Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and fundamentals
Familiar with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
Ability to work in a fast-paced, timeline-driven environment
Ability to influence productive negotiations with stakeholders
Boundary-less behaviour – collaborating with associates across sites
Experience: 6+ Years

Roles and Responsibilities
Applying data analytics to illustrate key insights from the data and present in ways that make it easier to understand and drive action by users
Distilling trends into insights into recommendations and business outcomes that deliver superior client experience and enhance scale for Fidelity.
Working with partners across businesses and business functions to provide data driven insights in support of strategic direction and growth
Collaborating with the larger analytics, research and data organization to enhance the depth, breadth and quality of the insights
Leveraging the firm’s data assets, partner with innovative groups to push the development of scalable and reusable solutions
