Role : ServiceNow Implementer - IRM
Location: Pune ( Permanent Remote work )
Experience : 4 to 6 years
Relevant Experience : 3 years
Skills:
1. Expertise in implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions using ServiceNow, including the configuration of GRC workflows, controls, policies, and reporting.
2. Previous experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Implementer, with a strong understanding of the platform's configuration capabilities.
3. Proficiency in data structure design, database concepts, and querying languages (e.g., SQL).
4. Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and system integration methodologies.
5. Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, business analysts, and technical teams.
8. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
9. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
