Key Accountabilities :
- Act as a Lead in bridging between Business and Technical team during the creation of new systems required for offering new product/services to company stake holders.
- Elicit, analyse, specify, and verify business requirements.
- Create high-level requirement documents.
- Ability to plan, prepare and facilitate UAT test cycles, managing defects and issues to resolution.
- Working knowledge of common techniques, tools, and languages used for enterprise analysis and business modelling such as MS Project, MS Visio, XD Adobe and Mind Manager.
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
- Enterprising and able to take ownership of tasks and deliverables. Should be able to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in progressively business support roles.
- International experience is highly preferrable.
- Experienced in building a solid culture in early-stage start-ups.
