Join Home Credit India, a leading financial services company, as a Senior Analyst and contribute to our data-driven decision-making process. We are seeking talented individuals who can analyze data, build reports and dashboards, and provide valuable insights to support our marketing verticals.

Location: 

Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain and publish existing reports and dashboards on a regular basis.

- Create new reports and dashboards as per the team's requirements.

- Ensure timely delivery of all ad-hoc requests without escalations.

- Provide analytical outcomes to gain deeper insights into issues.

- Support marketing verticals in their data-driven tasks.

- Define and propose price promotions and reward schemes for customers.

- Conduct sensitivity analysis of key business drivers.

- Initiate price tests and campaign proposals.

- Revise price-related marketing communication based on customer insights to improve perceived value for money.

Desired Skills:

1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in SQL & Power BI.

2. Proficiency in preparing high-end dashboards to showcase analysis and story.

3. Expertise in data management, data mining, and data manipulation.

4. Experience with dynamic dashboards, automation, Oracle SQL, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
