Role & Responsibilities:

As an Analyst at OYO, your key responsibilities will include:
Collecting and analyzing large datasets from various sources
Using statistical methods to interpret data, identify trends, and draw insights
Creating and maintaining databases, data models, and dashboards
Developing reports and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders
Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis
Collaborating with IT and other departments to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Preferred Candidate Profile:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
At least 3-6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business environment
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Metabase and Advanced Excel
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
