Role and Responsibilities :
- Good analytical understanding for developing analytical solutions – Predictive Models, Segmentation etc
- Good understanding of Logistic Regression, XGBoost, Neural Networks, K-Means, Recommendation Engine etc.
- Expert in forecasting and preparing Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Accurately forecast Revenue and subscriber base using past events and trends
- Consulting and work closely with Marketing and Content teams to track, monitor, and report performance against KPIs and relevant marketing metrics
- Create analytical roadmap for projects and make recommendations to senior management on how to improve performance and maximize KPIs
- Ownership of tracking key projects, processes and ad hoc reporting of key performance indicators related to revenue line of business
- Monitor and provide analytical guidance across the team for implementing and tracking of process improvements and changes
The Person:
- 4+ years in the Data Analytics and reporting
- Expertise in R or Python and SQL and other data base management tools
- Experience in creating reports, dashboards and stories in Tableau
- High level of integrity, ownership and accountability.
- Should be self driven
